KSDK – This economy makes it difficult to sell some homes. But, there are a few things you can do to the outside to add curb appeal.

Home industry experts agree that outdoor living space can account for up to 30% of a home's value and that outdoor living space remains one of the most popular investments in a home. A deck can serve as a comfortable gathering place with outdoor furniture depending on the weather.
